2022 Whistler Vineyard Corvus Estate Pinot Noir, West Sonoma Coast

Corvus is primarily made from the Pommard clone of Pinot Noir. The fruit was all destemmed as we find the Pommard makes a pretties and more expressive wine without the inclusion of stems. The wine was aged in all French oak with 40% new. Corvus is rich and spicy, offering an extensive range of dark and red fruit aromas and herbal notes. The palate is velvety, with precise tannins and fresh acidity.
