2023 Whistler Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir, West Sonoma Coast

The 2023 Whistler Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of blocks planted at Whistler Vineyard in 2003 and, due to the exceptional high quality, we included grapes from a high-density block planted in 2015. The wine is fresh and bright with dark cherry, wild strawberries, blood orange, lively floral notes, and savory herbs. On the palate, the wine is rich with a velvety texture framed by elegant yet structured tannins. The wine has a dense core with juicy and savory flavors supported by fresh acidity and a slightly salty, lingering mineral finish. 94 pts James Suckling
